Over the past few years there have been many requests that were outside of the typical event pass offerings for LiveWorx. You could always count on the 4-Day All Access pass or upgrade to include a little more of the DeluX experience. And if you just wanted to experience the show floor, the 2-Day Explorer Pass was the choice for you.
This year the LiveWorx team has completely revamped our pass offerings to be more in-line to what we were seeing come through as requests from our attendees. In turn, giving registrants more freedom to navigate LiveWorx 2020 in ways that are more suited to their needs and schedule.
What’s New?
For any pass that includes breakout sessions, we have now packaged in the Specialty Content offered on Thursday, June 11. In previous years, this specialty content was at an additional fee and not included in any of your “All-Access” options. When making your pass selection during registration you will see a list of Receptions and Specialty Content included with your pass. By making these selections you are confirming your attendance and reserving your seat. Seating is limited so be sure to use discretion when RSVP’ing for the additional content.
1-Day All Access
This new offering allows for registrants to purchase the day of their choosing (One-Day Monday through Thursday) and includes everything in the schedule for that single day. Breakouts, Meals, Receptions, Keynotes, Xtropolis, Demo Power Hours, Specialty Content…everything. This allows registrants to be able to experience the event if the full 4 days is not in their schedule.
1-Day Expo Only
Coming in April 2020 this will offer registrants a chance to experience the amazing Xtropolis show floor, Demo Power Hours, Keynotes, meals and receptions for the day chosen. It’s a wonderful way to dip your toes into the LiveWorx experience and see for yourself what all the hype is about.
Traditional Passes
4-Day All Access Pass
The LiveWorx All Access pass is our most popular option. It’s an easy all-inclusive option that allows attendees to take advantage of all content being offered at the event including the Monday thru Wednesday breakout sessions and Specialty Content on Thursday. It also includes all meals, receptions, keynotes and Xtropolis. This pass is suited for any attendee who wants to experience it all and come away from LiveWorx having taken advantage of top-notch educational opportunities and hands on experiences. 4-Day DeluX Pass
For those who like to live a little bit of the sweet life, this pass is for you. It is an upgraded version of the All-Access Pass allowing registrants to book their hotel at the adjacent Westin Waterfront, get access to the exclusive DeluX Lounge access, fast lane at receptions, private tech tours of Xtropolis and so much more. Book early as this pass typically sells out with limited quantities available for purchase.
