Cancellation & Registration Change Policy

A 100% refund will be given if notice of cancellations is received in writing by the close of business on March 15, 2023. Cancellations received after March 15th, but before April 15, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $300 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after April 15, 2023. If a registrant has to cancel due to a positive Covid-19 test in the days before the event, a full refund will be processed minus a $50 processing fee.

In the case of canceling a registration for the purpose of signing up again under a special offer code, a $150 processing fee will be charged to the registration for this change. Send cancellation and registration change notices to: concierge@liveworx.com.

An employee of the same company may be substituted at no additional fee by May 12, 2023. No exceptions.

The email I have provided is legitimate and will be used for event updates, sending invoices, password changes (when applicable), and correspondence from the LiveWorx Team.

You are not considered registered until payment is received.

I acknowledge that badge sharing is prohibited (“Badge sharing” means lending your badge to someone else or using someone else’s badge to gain entry to any part of the event).

If my badge is lost or stolen there will be a $100 reprint fee which is non-refundable.

Payment Guidelines

Credit Card payments are due at the time of registration.

If paying by wire transfer: Instructions for wire transfers can be found in your invoice attached to your confirmation email - should you need further information please contact concierge@liveworx.com

If paying by check: Payment must be received within 14 days of registration. If a check cannot be processed within 14 days a communication must be sent to concierge@liveworx.com with a date agreed for payment. Any payment beyond the date agreed will be charged the next pricing level of ticket price when applicable.
 

Multiple Discount offers may not be combined.

OnPeak (Hotel) Cancellation

Most hotels have a 48 – 72 hour prior to check-in cancellation policy. However, check with your hotel directly to understand their policies.

Please provide a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Credit card MUST expire after the date of the event. At the time of booking, THE HOTEL, NOT ONPEAK, can charge your credit card a deposit equal to one night’s room charge plus tax. Reservation(s) not guaranteed are subject to cancellation.

We reserve the right to use photographs taken during this event for promotional purposes. By registering for LiveWorx, attendees grant PTC, Inc. or LiveWorx the right to take video images and photographs of attendees in connection with the conference. Attendees authorize PTC, Inc. or LiveWorx to use and publish the images in print and/or electronically. Attendees agree that PTC, Inc. or LiveWorx may use such photographs with or without attendee name and for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Attendees my not audio or video record sessions during the event – Anyone observed doing so will be asked to leave the event and fees will not be refunded.
