This session is a UX Lab 1:1 Research Study. Participants must be customers or partners who have used or plan to use the licensing Web tools for Windchill or ThingWorx on support.ptc.com. In this lab, provide feedback on the new directed flows on support.ptc.com for creating and managing your PTC product license files. All tests will be for on-premise PTC products and licenses (not SaaS). The licensing tools are being rebuilt based on customer input. You will interact with new licensing tools in our test environment with your real customer data and provide feedback on our implementation.
