Lori Austin is a Principal Customer Success Coach for Arena, a PTC business. Lori has 10+ years’ experience with PLM and QMS solutions. She has held operational and supply chain roles for high tech companies ranging in size from start-up to enterprise, giving her the a deep understanding of the business of Arena customers. Lori attended Virginia Tech where she received her BS in Statistics.
