Susan has been engaged in the aftermarket and after-sales sector for over 30 years, and joined PTC through the acquisition of Enigma in 2013. Her wealth of experience from managing service projects and architecting solutions is put to use, helping our customers drive efficiencies to meet service KPIs and improved customer satisfaction.
