Finding the relevant use cases where to use augmented reality for diagnostics, service and parts technicians. Proving the value, and leading the development to scale in production. In this context I also represent and drive all product lifecycle management needs from an aftermarket and service perspective to enable digital twins and continuity from engineering data, to technical publication and parts management, and down to its consumption by front end workers. After an MSc in mechanical engineering, I spent first part of my career into the aftermarket domain, from design requirements to service & repair documentation management.
